The DRAC Real Estate & DRAC Holiday Rentals is a small Majorcan family business that was founded by Juan Burguera at the beginning of tourism development in the southeast of the island. Damián Burguera, current manager of the company, has managed to guide the small family business to a high level of quality and service, bringing together the best professionals to offer our customers the best service without losing the personalized treatment of a family business.
We currently have two offices, one is located in the center of the popular town of Santanyí, at number 11 of the Plaza Mayor, right next to the town hall. From here we organize sales and long-term rentals. The other office is in the first line of the Cala Santanyí right next to the beach. It is located in an apartment building called "Apartamentos Drac". From here we organize the entire management of the holiday rentals and the reception of customers for the apartments and houses.

Under the name Inmobiliaria DRAC (formerly known as Inmobiliaria Cala Santanyí), we are dedicated to the sale and long-term rental of properties in our region, the southeast of Mallorca and in particular Santanyí and the surrounding area. As Alquileres Drac, we are dedicated to holiday rentals in the same region.
