Description
This large, rustic property is located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Santanyí. The house has 4 double bedrooms with large wardrobes and 4 bathrooms. The cozy kitchen is kept in a rustic style, fully equipped, with a cooking island and a fireplace. Living room and dining room are combined. The house is ideal for a vacation with family and friends. The covered terrace is furnished to enjoy meals in the fresh air. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill for grill fans. In the garden there is a 15x6m salt hydrolysis pool in the middle of the lawn surrounded by palm trees. There is also all sorts of equipment to pass the time: table tennis, basketball hoop and small football goals and footballs.
Santanyí is a beautiful town in the southeast of Mallorca with many shops and restaurants and a market in the center on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In a short time you can reach the beautiful bays and beaches in the area.
