Santanyi - Country house

This small finca, consisting of two separate buildings, was built in traditional Mallorcan style and is located near Santanyí. An iron gate leads to the property. On the right is the main building and on the left is the outbuilding. In the main house there is a living-dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, combi fridge and washing machine and a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en suite. In the annex are two further double bedrooms with two single beds and en suite bathroom. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open. The living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, music system and internet, has an exit to the cozy veranda, furnished with table and 6 chairs. There you can enjoy not only the meals, but also the view over the pool and the green. The brick barbecue is located opposite the porch. The pool is framed by sun terraces with enough space for the beach chairs. There is also a lawn behind the pool area and an outdoor shower is available. You can either park your vehicle on the forecourt in front of the iron gate or just behind it. The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is just 2 km from the house and the town of Santanyí is only 1.5 km away. There are two big supermarkets, many shops, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular farmer’s market. In just 5 minutes drive you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Also worth a visit is Cala d'Or with its white houses in Ibizan style and the hustle and bustle. Absolutely recommended is also the dreamlike kilometer-long white sand beach Es Trenc, in the car also easy to reach or perhaps a visit to the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately. A refundable security deposit is required for this property. Bringing a dog up to a maximum of 10 kg is permitted. No more than one dog is allowed. Dogs of potentially dangerous breeds are not accepted. If you want to bring a dog, you must inform us when booking.

Lovely country house in quiet location, in about 2,5 kilometres distance to Santanyí and 4 kilometres to Alquería Blanca respectively. In a drive of only 10 minutes on a paved road you get to Cala Mondragó’s idyllic sandy beach. From the front veranda you get to a living-dining room with open kitchen. The living area is equipped with fireplace, 4 comfy armchairs and Sat-TV, the dining area with a wooden dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic glass cooktop, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many more. In the rear part of the house there are all in all 3 bedrooms: the bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms with 2 single beds each share a spacious bathroom with tub, double washbasin and separate shower. Also in the rear part there is the laundry with way out to the rear terrace with barbecue. The front veranda is equipped with a big table and 6 chairs. Not far from it there is the pool area with sunbathing terrace, outdoor shower and another barbecue with sink in the “pool house”. The mediterrean gardens are very cared and offer many cosy and leafy bowers to relax. Next to the pool area you will find a fishpond. Behind the pool house, in appropriate distance to the country house, there is the chicken’s free range corral but surely without cock to make sure you have relaxed holidays. The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately. Please note that the house's electrical connections are not suitable for connecting electric cars and must not be used for this purpose.
