Comfy country house in quiet location, in about 1 kilometre distance to Santanyí. In a drive of only 10 minutes on a paved road you get to Cala Mondragó’s idyllic sandy beach.
From the front veranda you get to a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. The living area is equipped with fireplace, sofas and Sat-TV, the dining area with a solid wooden dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with 5 flames gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many more. In the rear part of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and another living area with views to the pool and way out to the rear veranda. A stairs is going down to the basement floor where there is a bedroom with double bed, two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each and another bathroom with shower and double washbasin. All bedrooms in the basement floor have windows in the upper part of the wall and can be well ventilated.
The front veranda is equipped with a big table and 8 wicker chairs and not far from it is a big brick barbecue. Also the rear veranda is equipped with two tables and 8 chairs. From here you get directly to the 5 x 10m pool, the stone made sunbathing terrace and the lawn. In this part of the gardens there is also a brick barbecue. There are 8 sunloungers to enjoy the sun and two parasols if you prefer the shadow. There is an extra bathroom with shower and washing machine. Pool and outdoor area are illuminated. The plot of about 2.500 sqm is completely walled.

Viel Ruhe und Erholung in einem großen Haus

La Casita ist ein sehr großes Haus und dabei verhältnismäßig günstig. Das (für uns) Allerbeste ist die Lage der Finca: absolute Ruhe!!! Keine Baustelle, kein Verkehrslärm, keine Nachbarn. Aber: in der Nähe von Santanyi und in relativer Nähe zur Cala Mondrago. Die Ausrichtung ermöglicht ein sonniges Frühstück und einen schattigen Mittag auf der Terrasse.
Ein Doppelschlafzimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, drei weitere im Untergeschoss. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit großen, bodengleich begehbaren Duschen, was wir sehr schätzen. Ein weiteres Bad befindet sich an der Hausrückseite in Poolnähe. Die halboffene Küche ist sehr geräumig und praktisch mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Es waren Geschirrtücher, Spülutensilien und vor allem mehrere verschiedene Gewürze vorhanden, so dass wir diese nicht alle vor Ort kaufen mussten (man benötigt ja immer nur ein bisschen davon). Der Pool war groß, sehr sauber und der Einstieg sehr komfortabel. Der Fernseher bietet u.a. viele deutschsprachige Sender (Arte, ARD, ZDF, SAT1, Regionalprogramme, Kika,...). Das WLAN funktionierte dauerhaft und wir hatten keine Probleme z.B. mit der Datenmenge oder der Schnelligkeit. Der Service ist hervorzuheben: Da wir erst spät in der Nacht ankamen, fanden wir Mineralwasser, ein Bier, Orangensaft, einige Aprikosen und sogar Toastbrot und gekochten Schinken vor, damit wir die erste Nacht und den ersten Morgen in Ruhe überstehen konnten. |

This magnificent comfortable stone clad country house is situated in about 1 kilometre distance to Cala Santanyí, an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. It is an idyllic establishment for cyclists who want to enjoy Mallorca, located in one of the areas with the highest cycling traffic and with several of the best routes on the island. It also offers space for bicycles with every comfort for cyclists, from hangers with safety cables to professional tools or a pump. If you want to spend a holiday by the sea and many kilometers by bike, Finca Bassa Seca will enchant you. The property is set in a huge plot, surrounded with dry stone walls. On the ground floor there is the spacious living/dining room, the fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob and fridge/freezer, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. It disposes of totally 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, different living areas, a small interior kitchen and a big, fully equipped outdoor kitchen next to the pool are. Another bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, with direct access to the spacious pool area with big sunbathing terrace and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and guest toilet. .
