Description
The charming Finca Can Ferando is located directly above the cliffs, offering stunning views to the sea as well as wide parts of the coast around the Cala Santanyi. Here you can sit on the terrace and always watch a small fishing boat. The entrance into the sea is flat on the Cala Santanyi and therefore also ideal for children. The whole plot is well fenced.Special cancellation policy. Please inquire with us.
The house is bright, modern and practical. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and a washing machine is also available in the house. The large living / dining area offers space for all guests; dinner together or just sit on the couch and read a book with the sound of the waves. From the living / dining area there is a direct access to the terrace with several tables and deskchairs. In the back of the house are four bedrooms, each one with en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own access to the garden. In the passage from the bedroom area to the entrance area there is a guest toilet.
The pool area has plenty of room to enjoy the sun and to cool off in the pool afterwards. The brick barbecue is covered and it is located right next to the pool area.
