Description
Sa Barca is a dream of a fisherman's cottage with private parking and access through the 800 square meter plot directly on Cala Santanyí beach. The house has two terraces; a roof terrace with deck chairs for relaxing and sunbathing, and the underlying covered terrace with direct access from the living room for breakfast and to spend out time.
The living-dining room is equipped with a satellite TV, next to it are 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a French bed, as well as the shower room. Behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with exit door to the back of the house and to the roof terrace. On the way over the stairs to the private car park is the Outdoor shower, well hidden behind bushes.
From the covered terrace, only a few stairs downstairs we reach the concrete platform in front of the diving school, which has a ladder into the water and also on the footpath in the other direction to the beach. On the beach sunloungers can be hired with sun umbrellas and pedal boats. There are also some bars and restaurants. Special cancellation policy. Please inquire with us.
