Description
This beautiful big house lives up to its name „Sa Trona“, the throne. It is nestling on the beachside slope and overlooking the whole bay. The two-storeyed house has a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 of them on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. A wide ramp goes from the street down to the house and the private parkings. On the ground floor there is a bright dining room for 8 people and behind it a living room with Sat-TV. On the left is the fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, a guest toilet and the stairs to the first floor and on the right are the 4 bedrooms. The first one has access to the terrace and is sharing the bathroom with the second one. Both bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 have a bathroom en suite. You can get to the first floor either through a separate entrance door or going up the interior stairs. Up there you find another fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, on the right the living room with bright dining area for 4 people and on the left the 2 bedrooms, each one with access to the terrace, and the bathroom with double washbasin and tub. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are all in all 3 safes. The ground floor terrace as well as the first floor terrace are comfy furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers and count in a BBQ and an outdoor shower. To get to the beach you just go downstairs and for your daily shopping just go up the ramp. In a few words: Simply relax and enjoy the holidays! Special cancellation policy. Please inquire with us.

The house is very comfortable for a big family holiday and the location is unbeatable. We loved the big terrace and the barbecue with a view! The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The house was super clean and neat when we arrived and wasee more

Communication with the agency was great before and throughout our trip. Special mention must be made of Dagmar, Marga and Patricia. We always felt looked after and can definitely recommend both the agency and the house. I have already shared the link to the house with friends and they love the look of it. We will definitely be back next year! |

The only issue we had was that the internet wasn't great and didn't reach the bedrooms on the top floor of the house but that wasn't serious – except for one of us who had to work and needed fast, reliable internet. Next year we will come in summer asee more
