Description
Beautiful and cozy villa in Mallorcan style with everything you need for a vacation, for up to 8 people, near the beach of Cala Santanyi. This villa is located in a residential area, at the end of one of the streets. Behind the natural stone wall, which encloses the entire 1290 m2 property with a view of meadows and trees, you feel as if you are in the country. A beautiful, green and well-kept garden with a 10 x 5 x 2.2 m swimming pool and comfortable seating by the grill, on a sun lounger or under a parasol also contributes to this. Along the front of the house is a covered terrace with seating.
When entering the house we are in the entrance hall, from which we have access to the living room with seating in front of the TV or with a dining table for dinner together. Next we go to a spacious kitchen that is equipped with all modern appliances.
On the other side of the entrance hall is a guest toilet, two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The last room has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests to use.
From the entrance hall we go up the stairs to the first floor, where there is a large dressing room and two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and access to the terrace, from which one has a beautiful view of the surroundings and the garden.
This charming villa is not only suitable as a destination for your summer vacation, but also as an ideal place to relax in the mild winter season on Mallorca. Thanks to central heating and air-conditioned rooms, up to eight people can relax in “Villa Copinya” all year round. This also applies to air-conditioned bedrooms in double rooms.
